Mission:

The mission of the New England Roundtable of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals is to foster a thriving supply chain community in New England by providing a continuing program of educational events featuring accomplished professionals encompassing a wide variety of supply chain topics.

 In support of this mission the Roundtable will:

Offer the New England supply chain community at least six opportunities per year to attend events with high quality presentations and useful information with an emphasis on creating a learning opportunity for the audience rather than a marketing opportunity for the presenter.

Provide event attendees with the opportunity for personal growth through networking with other supply chain professionals and exposure to a large spectrum of supply chain topics.

Create and maintain partnerships with local colleges and universities to encourage a steady stream of new participants in the supply chain community.

Generate adequate revenues in pursuit of our mission that NERT is able to provide substantial financial support to selected members of the student community on a consistent basis.

Be highly visible in the larger CSCMP community by NERT officers’ attendance at the annual Roundtable Leadership Forum and their participation on CSCMP committees.

Ensure the ongoing viability of the organization through the recruitment and development of volunteers who have a passion around NERT’s mission.
