What
Was Discussed
Regardless of the sophistication level used, matching demand and supply
remains a daily challenge.
Panel members will borrow from their personal experiences to address a
number of critical questions: What are some of the typical roadblocks
and pitfalls? Should S&OP extend beyond the traditional firm, adopting a
true supply chain perspective? Who needs to be involved in S&OP, and how
can the necessary buy-in be achieved? How can we track and ‘market’ the
value of implementing a structured S&OP program?
